Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NB Payday Loans and our referral service connecting New Brunswick borrowers with licensed lenders.

1. Service Overview

NB Payday Loans is a referral and information service, not a direct lender. We connect residents of New Brunswick with licensed payday lenders who offer fast funding, often by e-Transfer within one business day. We do not make lending decisions, set interest rates, or issue loans ourselves. All credit situations are welcome to apply through our referral partners.

By using this website, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you understand the nature of our service.

2. Eligibility and Accuracy of Information

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, a resident of New Brunswick, and legally able to enter into contracts. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting an application through our referral partners. Any false or misleading information may result in application denial or cancellation of any subsequent loan agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or personal information you provide.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

While we work with lenders who welcome all credit situations, approval is never guaranteed. Each lender makes independent lending decisions based on their own underwriting criteria. Submission of an application does not constitute approval or an offer of credit. Loan terms, interest rates, and fees are determined solely by the lender you are matched with and are subject to their policies and applicable New Brunswick lending regulations.

4. Referral Fees and Compensation

NB Payday Loans may receive a referral fee from lenders when you are successfully matched and complete an application. This compensation does not affect the cost of your loan or the terms offered by the lender. We disclose our referral relationship to ensure transparency. For more details, please see our Affiliate Disclosure.

5. Lender Terms and Loan Agreements

Once you are referred to a lender, you enter into a separate agreement directly with that lender. NB Payday Loans is not a party to your loan agreement. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all loan terms, including the interest rate (APR), repayment schedule, fees, and any other conditions before accepting credit. Disputes regarding loan terms, fees, or repayment must be directed to the lender, not to NB Payday Loans.

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or lender systems.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff or partner lenders.
  • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or copying our website content without permission.
  • Submitting multiple applications with different identities or information.

We reserve the right to terminate your access and report suspected fraud to law enforcement and lenders.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information on this website. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service, including loan decisions made by lenders, loan terms, or any financial outcomes resulting from borrowing.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

13. Changes to These Terms

NB Payday Loans reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under New Brunswick law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
